Step-by-Step Zoom Integration

1. Connecting Zoom with Tacnique Meet

   Once your organization signs up on Tacnique, users can connect their Zoom account from the dashboard. Click on "Connect with Zoom" and follow the authorization process. Once approved, Tacnique Meet will be linked to your Zoom account.

2. Scheduling an Interview with Zoom

   When scheduling an interview on Tacnique, interviewers with a connected Zoom account will automatically get a Zoom meeting link.

3. Joining an Interview

   Once the meeting is scheduled, both the candidate and interviewer will receive the Zoom link. They can access it via the Tacnique dashboard or through the email invitation.

4. Automatic Interview Recording Sync (For Licensed Accounts)

   Organizations with a licensed Zoom account will have interview recordings automatically synced to Tacnique after the meeting ends, ensuring compliance and easy review.

5. Disconnecting Your Zoom Account

   To revoke Zoom access, navigate to the Tacnique dashboard and click "Disconnect Zoom Account". Your integration will be removed immediately.
